Lead copper reroof

This job took place at the Worrington Luxury Condominiums in Baltimore. It was 12 stories from the ground and we had to tear off and replace the shingles with lead standing seam double lock panels. We also had to reconstruct the box gutter and for that we had the help of our friend James Sauer, as he is very experienced doing box gutters. The panels and counter flashing took us 5 days with just me and my partner Sean Armstrong and Patrick being the ground guy. The box gutter took 2 weeks with 2 guys to tear off and reconstruct.
