Contractors Work respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the type of personally identifiable information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, or use the Contractors Work mobile application or access or use the Contractors Work website (collectively, our "Online Services"), as well as our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. This policy applies only to personal information we collect through the Online Services, and in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through them. The phrases "personally identifiable information" or "personal information" mean any information by which you can be identified, such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, etc.
This policy does not apply to information that we collect offline or on any other application or website, including those you may access through the Online Services. This policy also does not apply to information that you provide to, or that is collected by, any third party. These third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.
This Privacy Policy applies only to users accessing our website from the United States. The Online Services are intended for use by individuals 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 1.CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
Please read our complete Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Online Services, you agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Whenever you submit information via the Online Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of that information in accordance with this policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Online Services after we make changes is deemed to be your acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates. If you do not agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, or the Terms of Service of the Contractors Work mobile application and website, which are incorporated herein by reference, please do not use the Online Services.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT
As you use the Online Services, certain information may be passively collected about you or your activities over time and across third-party applications or websites using various technologies, such as navigational data collection and behavioral tracking services. We, or third parties authorized by us, that are subject to confidentiality obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy, may transparently collect information that is not personally identifiable, such as your internet connection, browser, operating system, mobile network information, or the telephone number of your device. We, or third parties authorized by us, also may access metadata and other information associated with files stored on your computer or device, which may include photographs, audio and video clips, or address book information. Such metadata may also include the posts you "like" or "favorite," and other information that results from your use of the Online Services.
Third parties authorized to collect information about you or your device may include advertisers or analytics companies, such as Google Analytics and Flurry. Your mobile device manufacturer or provider also may collect information about you or your activities via the Online Services.
The Online Services may use Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider. We may collect IP addresses for purposes of system administration and to audit the use of the Online Services. Each time you use the Online Services and request one of our pages, our server logs your IP address. Although we log your session with us, we will not normally link your IP address to anything that can enable us to identify you.
The Online Services may use "cookies." A "cookie" is a small file stored by your web browser to help a particular system recognize you and the pages you visit in a website or mobile application. Cookies allow the Online Services to recognize you more quickly. We use cookies to help us measure the number of visits, average time spent, page views, and other statistics relating to the Online Services. All cookies are deleted when you close out of our Online Services. The Online Services also may use "web beacons," which are small electronic files that permit Contractors Work to, for example, count users who have visited pages of the Online Services or for other related statistics.
We support the Do Not Track browser setting that allows you to choose, and tells the websites you visit, what kind of personal information you want to be collected. We will honor the Do Not Track preferences you set in your browser.
3. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US
When you use the Online Services, you may be asked or required to provide personal information, which may include but is not limited to your name, address, date of birth, email address and phone number. You may provide personal information when creating an account to use the Online Services, selling or purchasing goods or services via the Online Services, or contacting us, among other reasons. We use this information for the designated purpose and share it only in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Contractors Work prioritizes the privacy of its users. If you do not wish to provide personal information to create an account for purposes of using the Online Services, you may sign in through another platform, such as Facebook or Google. Keep in mind that you may not be able to access or use all the Online Services we provide without sharing your personal information.
You may provide information to be published or displayed on public areas of the Online Services (the "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. We cannot control the actions of third parties with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Additionally, although we take reasonable steps to protect your information, according to your preferences, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Thus, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
4. THIRDPARTY CONTENT AND SERVICES
The Online Services may display, make available, or provide you with access to third-party content, websites, applications, or services, including through third-party advertising (the "Third- Party Materials"). The Online Services also may provide you with a means of sharing content on other third-party websites or applications, including other social media networks. We have no control over the privacy practices content, or method of collecting information by any of our business partners, advertisers, sponsors, or other applications or websites to which we provide access from the Online Services. Contractors Work does not endorse, approve, or certify these Third- Party Materials, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, legality, or any other aspect thereof. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by our Online Services. You should check the applicable privacy policy of the Third-Party Materials you are accessing and determine whether this third party follows your Do Not Track preferences.
5.SHARING OF INFORMATION
Contractors Work may provide certain aggregate information we collect from users of the Online Services (e.g., statistics, sales, traffic patterns and services) to third parties who can assist Contractors Work in analyzing and understanding the information and help us better provide our services. Contractors Work also may provide certain aggregate information we collect from users to third parties to market their products or services or provide other targeted content to you, if you have not opted out of such disclosures. Should Contractors Work share this aggregate with third parties, it will not include any personally identifiable information.
Contractors Work does not sell, rent, loan, share or otherwise disclose your personally identifiable information to any third parties. Only Contractors Work or authorized agents have access to personal information provided by users of the Online Services.
Contractors Work is the sole owner of all information collected via the Online Services. In addition, as we develop our business, we may sell our business or buy another business. In such transactions, personal information is generally one of the transferred business assets. In the event that Contractors Work or substantially all Contractors Work's assets are acquired, personal information about our users may be one of the transferred assets.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Contractors Work reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Contractors Work determines, in its sole discretion, necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request; to protect and defend the rights or property of you, Contractors Work or others; to protect the personal safety of users or the public; or to enforce this Privacy Policy.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Online Services, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached or archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Online Services, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Service for the Contractors Work mobile application and website.

8. SECURITY OF INFORMATION
Contractors Work will take reasonable steps to protect your personally identifiable information that you transmit to Contractors Work and through the Online Services from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. When we collect information from our users, it is stored in an area to which the general public does not have access. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to ensure that personal information is stored and treated responsibly. However, no means of data storage or internet transmission is ever fully secure, and Contractors Work cannot guarantee that information transmitted via the Online Services will remain confidential at all times. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any security measures we provide.
Please bear in mind that anyone you provide with your log-in information will also have access to your account and personally identifiable information. If you use the Online Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.
9.OPTING OUT OF INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
Contractors Work is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and recognizes the need to protect and manage your personally identifiable information. If you do not wish for your information to be collected in any manner described in this Privacy Policy, please click on the "Opt Out" button from the upper left hand side bar menu. When you click on the "Opt Out" button, you will be presented with an option, which enables you to opt out of any and all collection of your information, or the collection or use of only certain types of information. Please bear in mind that opting out may prevent you from using or accessing most of the features of the Online Services.
